How can I become a VOLUNTEER?
The convention would not be the success it is today without the numerous volunteers who contribute their time. Volunteers are required to assist with the many exciting functions, events, and operations prior to and during the main event. An excellent networking opportunity awaits you.

Volunteers are needed in the following areas:
Information
Booth
• on-site, assist delegates with finding locations of events, exhibits
or technical sessions
• provide general information and concerns
Advance Registration
• assist delegates who are picking up advance registration packages
Registration
• on-site registration
•· hand out delegate registration packages
Technical Sessions
• assist technical session speakers with lighting, seating arrangements
• monitor doors, check for badges, perform basic ushering duties.
Receptions /
Luncheons
• monitor doors, take tickets, provide general information to delegates
Core Conference
• assist presenters with set-up (Wednesday) / take-down (Friday)
•· assist with change of core and visual aids
• staff general information booth, provide general information
to delegates
Students who volunteer a minimum of eight hours will receive complimentary registration.
